I've been reading Parallax by Steven Holl and it's been so motivational, which renders me speechless. The ideas and concepts he writes about are full of thought and meaning, each one of his designs are site specific, with a limited concept. Steven Holl supports his concepts with sketches and studies in multiple mediums. Throughout the book he talks about a path of passage in architecture that consists of three stages to observe and think about architecture. All of these stages are within a limited concept that aims at fusion where thought and feeling merge to lead this concept from the abstract to the concrete, a form.
